Menu for July 1st – 3rd

1.  CHICKEN BARBACOA.  DF GF   $15
Slow simmered chicken with all the flavors of Mexico! pico de gallo, roasted vegetables and Spanish rice .

2. GARLIC BUTTER SHRIMP WITH LIME AND CILANTRO.  GF  $15
Pesto zoodles and roasted peppers.

3. BEEF AND GREEN CHILE .   $ 15
Seasoned ground chuck with fresh tomatoes wrapped in a flour tortilla topped with a spicy green chile chipotle sauce and cheese, Mtn Fire quinoa and roasted vegetables.

4. STICKY HAWAIIAN CHICKEN .  DF GF   $15
Sweet sticky chicken with roasted pineapple, black sesame seeds, purple cabbage, cucumber and white rice.

5. SWEET POTATO AND BLACK BEAN ENCHILADAS.  V GF   $15
Corn tortillas, green chile sauce, pico de gallo, basmati.

6. CHICKPEA SPINACH AND QUINOA PATTIES.  V GF  $15
Pesto zoodles and roasted golden beets.
