1. BBQ PULLED PORK PITA.   DF   $15
Super slow roasted, tossed in my blueberry bbq sauce, stuffed in a pita with tangy carrot and cabbage slaw comes with fresh vegetable and herb salad.

2. CHORIZO AND APPLE .   GF  $15
Scratch made chorizo, apple fennel salsa, dirty rice with corn, black beans and peppers, chipotle crema.

3. CHICKEN CAPRESE QUINOA .   GF   $15
Seasoned and seared chicken breast, fresh cheese, fresh basil, cherry tomatoes, lavender balsamic and quinoa.

4. RANCHERO BEEF.      $15
Mtn Fire ranchero sauce, fresh ground chuck sautéed with all the good things like onions, garlic and green chilies. Monterey jack, pico de gallo, southwestern couscous.

5. ROASTED SUMMER VEGETABLE BUDDHA.   DF GF V   $15
 Caramelized vegetables, kale, quinoa, basil vinaigrette, pepitas.

6. SWEET POTATO FAJITA BOWL.   DF GF V  $15
Smokey sweet potatoes, onions, peppers, corn, black beans and pico.

DF = DAIRY FREE   GF + GLUTEN FREE  V = VEGETARIAN
