Option #1.  MTN FIRE SHEPS.  GF DF   $15
Ground chuck cooked up with fresh veggies and topped off with sweet potato. The way Shepard’s pie should be.

Option #2. CHICKEN AND CHORIZO BURRITO.   $15
All the gluten and all the dairy!! Seasoned chicken, scratch made chorizo and cheese wrapped up in a flour tortilla with Spanish quinoa and salsa fresca.

Option #3. MEATBALLS AND MUSHROOMS.   GF   $15
Savory meatballs with sautéed mushroom & onions, creamy hunter sauce and rice pilaf.

Option #4. BRUSCHETTA CHICKEN AND MOZZA.  GF   $15
Baked chicken breast topped with tomatoes and basil, finished with melted mozza and a ton of roasted vegetables. 

Option #5. TOMATO CHICKPEA FRICASSEE.  GF DF V   $15
Chickpeas, chunky vegetables and spinach braised in a fresh herb infused tomato broth with jasmine rice.

Option #6. MUSHROOM TACO BOWL.  GF V   $15
Sautéed mushrooms, peppers, onions and corn with pico de gallo, Spanish quinoa and roasted garlic buttermilk ranch.
