MENU FOR SEPTEMBER 3RD

1. BEEF BARBACOA.  $15   GF 
Slowed roasted Alberta beef with a ton of Mexican flavors, roasted vegetable quinoa, cilantro, queso fresco, fermented tomatillo salsa, fresh lime.

2. TANDOORI CHICKEN.  $15  GF 
Chicken legs with an East Indian kick, turmeric rice, charred vegetables and raita.

3. CHORIZO MEATBALLS.  $15  GF DF
Mtn Fire chorizo meatballs with caramelized & mashed sweet potato, seared tomatoes and beetroot relish.

4.  BASIL CHICKEN.  $15  GF 
Chicken marinated in pumpkin seed and basil pesto, roasted broccoli, rice and smoked tomato crema.

5. QUINOA BEET BOWL.  $15  GF  DF
Caramelized onions, roasted beets, black beans, charred corn, fennel vinaigrette.

6. ROASTED PORTY AND PICO.  $15   GF
Portobello mushroom, pico de gallo, roasted vegetables, fresh herb crema and brown rice.
