1. PULLED PORK CUBANO.   $15  DF GF
Slow cooked and shredded pork shoulder with brown rice, roasted zucchini and pineapple mint salsa.

2. MTN FIRE CHICKEN BURRITO.   $15 
Seasoned chicken with corn, black beans and queso fresco wrapped in a flour tortilla, salsa fresca, charred red peppers and Spanish red rice.

3. SWEET AND SOUR BEEF MEATBALLS.   $15   DF GF 
These little suckers are tangy! white rice and roasted vegetables.

4.  GARLIC CILANTRO CHICKEN.   $15  DF GF
Marinated and roasted chicken breast, Mediterranean quinoa and roasted broccoli. 

5. SWEET POTATO AND BLACK BEAN BURRITO.   $15  DF V VG
Seasoned sweet potato, black beans and cilantro in a flour tortilla, charred red peppers, salsa fresca and Spanish red rice

6. SPAGHETTI SQUASH AND FENNEL.  $15  DF GF V VG
Roasted squash tossed in a vegan fennel pesto, seared cherry tomatoes, roasted garlic and kale.
