Menu for September 23rd

1. BEEF RANCHERO.  $15  GF DF
Ground chuck with a smoky southwestern flavor , roasted peppers, onions and zucchini, red rice, pico de gallo.

2. SHREDDED CHICKEN & PINEAPPLE.  $15  GF DF
Seasoned, slow cooked and shredded chicken, charred pineapple, roasted vegetables and butternut mash.

3. CHORIZO & MUSHROOM.  $15  GF  
Mtn Fire chorizo, roasted beets, green beans, mushroom rice and crema.

4. SMOKY SALT AND PEPPER CHICKEN.  $15  GF DF
Baked chicken legs tossed with smoked sea salt and freshly ground black pepper, roasted cauliflower, Greek quinoa and lemon aioli.

5. AUTUMN NOURISH BOWL.  $15  GF V VG
Seared mushrooms, roasted carrot and green beans, lentils, brown rice and a turmeric cream.

6. POTATO AND CHICKPEA STEW.  GF DF V VG
Fresh marinara lightly curried with a hint of cinnamon, green pea mash and basmati.
