Mushroom & onion gravy, garlic mashed potato, green peas. Doesn’t get any more classic than this!
2. GREEK CHICKEN AND COUSCOUS. $15
Marinated chicken thighs, Greek couscous, feta, olives and tzatziki.
3. 8 HOUR BEEF BRISKET. $15 GF DF
WHAAAT.. Super slow roasted with a dry BBQ rub, yam spears and charred zucchini.
4. GREEN CHILI CHICKEN. $15
Mtn Fire’s chorizo mixed with chicken, onions and garlic wrapped in a flour tortilla topped with green chile sauce and cheese, pueblo rice and roasted vegetables.
5. HOMEMADE FALAFEL AND TAHINI BOWL. $15 DF V VG
Organic chickpeas with my own spice blend, toasted farro salad, pickled onion and tahini.
6. BLACK BEAN & GREEN CHILI ENCHILADA. $15 V
A spicy mix of black beans, green chili, garlic, and onion wrapped in a flour tortilla topped with red sauce and queso fresco, pueblo rice and roasted vegetables..
