1. THAI CHICKEN MEATBALLS.   $15   GF DF
Savory meatballs simmered in a red Thai peanut sauce, lots of cilantro, fresh lime and white rice.

2. CHORIZO AND MUSHROOM.   $15   GF
Mtn Fire chorizo, roasted Portobello mushroom, golden beets, sweet potato and a roasted garlic bbq crema

3. TERIYAKI BEEF.   $15   GF DF
Seasoned ground beef, red pepper, broccoli, green onion, quinoa, sriracha aioli

4. BBQ CHICKEN BURRITO BOWL.   $15   GF DF
Baked bbq chicken thighs, roasted peppers, corn and onions, Spanish red rice and cilantro.

5. CARIBBEAN SWEET POTATO AND KALE CURRY.   $15   GF DF V VG
Sweet potato and kale braised in a coconut lime curry sauce with rice and beans.

6. PORTY AND PICO.   $15   GF V
Seared Portobello filled with roasted red peppers and fresh pico de gallo, roasted vegetable quinoa salad and buttermilk ranch.
