Menu for Nov 11th – 15th

1. COTTAGE PIE.   $15   GF DF
Alberta ground chuck with all the vegetable goodness topped with sweet potato mash.

2. CHICKEN CHIMICHURRI.   $15   GF DF
Spicy chicken breast topped with chimichurri, toasted quinoa, baked zucchini and red peppers.

3.  ROAST BEEF.   $15   GF DF
Slow roasted Alberta beef with crispy oven baked potato, gravy and mixed vegetables.

4. SWEDISH MEATBALLS.   $15   GF 
Mtn fire meatballs simmered in a rich beefy cream sauce, rice and roasted rosemary carrots.

5. BLACK BEAN AND SWEET POTATO ENCHILADAS.   $15  GF DF V VG
A tasty mix of black beans and sweet potato wrapped in corn tortillas topped with a spicy enchilada sauce and roasted broccoli.
 
6. ROASTED CARROTS AND QUINOA.   $15   GF DF V VG

Roasted carrots and oranges, with herbed quinoa and maple tahini.
