1. ROASTED VEGETABLE CHICKEN STEW. $15 GF
Lots of roasted carrots, potatoes, green beans and chicken simmered in a creamy chicken broth. The ultimate in soul food.
2. 10 HOUR BEEF BRISKET. $15 GF DF
Dry rubbed and cooked low and slow for a minimum of 10 hours then finished with a Texas BBQ gravy, sweet potato and roasted red pepper zucchini.
3. CLASSIC MTN FIRE MEATLOAF. $15 GF DF
Seasoned ground chuck with GF oats to keep it super soft topped with a sweet and tangy glaze, rice a charred broccoli.
4. CHICKEN AND GREEN CHILI BURRITO. $15 DF
Roasted chicken with salsa fresca and a ton of garlic wrapped in a flour tortilla topped with our green chili sauce, Tex-Mex rice, roasted red peppers and caramelized onions.
