Menu for Nov 25th – 29th

1. SEARED PORK.   $15   GF DF
Coated with fresh garlic and herbs, cooked sous vide then seared to create the perfect flavor bomb, roasted potato, lemon green beans and mushroom sauce.

2. CHORIZO & BUTTERNUT.   $15   GF DF
Mtn Fire chorizo, roasted butternut squash, red peppers and corn, pico de gallo, sweet potato wedges.

3.  MARINATED CHICKEN BREAST.   $15   GF 
Chicken marinated over night in white wine vinegar, Dijon, and herbs. Roasted zucchini and cauliflower, garlic butter rice.

4. BEEF & ONIONS.   $15   DF
Hand made patties of Alberta beef covered in caramelized onion gravy, roasted carrot and broccoli, egg noodles… an East Coast fav right here!!

5. ORANGE SPAGHETTI SQUASH.   $15   GF V
Baked squash tossed with brown butter, walnuts, seared mushrooms, arugula, goat cheese and fresh sage. 
 
6. BLACK BEAN, CORN & CILANTRO FRITTERS.   $15   GF DF V VG

A Tex-Mex treat to make you happy! Pico de gallo, rice and roasted zucchini.

HARVEST VEGETABLE.
A light vegetable broth with carrot, zucchini and squash noodles, onions and garlic.
