Slow roasted pulled beef short rib, seared mushroom, and green peas tossed with rigatoni in a super savory beef marinara.
2. CHICKEN TERIYAKI. $15 GF DF
Marinated and roasted chicken breast with white rice and seared vegetables. Simple but definitely affective.
3. BBQ MEATBALLS AND MASH. $15 GF
Giant beef meatballs cooked with Mtn Fire BBQ sauce, mashed Yukon gold potato and charred broccoli.
4. PULLED PORK SHEPHERD’S PIE. $15 GF DF
Super slow cooked pulled pork mixed with corn, peas, onions and garlic topped with roasted and caramelized sweet potato.

Marinated and grilled eggplant steak with white rice and seared vegetables.
