menu for Feb 10th – 14th.

1. SHRIMP TACO BOWL.   $15   GF DF
Garlic and lime marinated black tiger shrimp with lots of sweet peppers, onions, black beans and tomatoes. Mexi-rice, pickled radish and a spicy cilantro dressing. We can dream of warmer times..right??

2. SALISBURY STEAK.   $15    
Fresh ground Alberta beef patty, savory mushroom gravy, buttery egg noodle, roasted cauliflower and carrot. Soul food at it’s best!

3. CHICKEN PARMESAN  MTN FIRE STYLE.   $15   GF
Chunky marinara, melted cheesy goodness, basil pesto, rice pilaf and roasted vegetable medley.

 4. HERB CRUSTED PORK LOIN.   $15   GF
Tons of fresh herbs, garlic and a touch of Dijon, creamy mashed potato, roasted broccoli, butternut squash and pan jus to bring all together.

5. SPICY CHICKPEA CURRY STUFFED SWEET POTATO.   $15   GF DF V VG
A spicy little number crammed inside a baked sweet potato with fresh cilantro and a squeeze of fresh lemon for good measure.

6. BAKED PORTOBELLO PARMESAN   $15   GF V
Chunky marinara, melted cheesy goodness, basil pesto, rice pilaf and roasted vegetable medley.
