1. SMOKED PULLED PORK. $15 GF DF
Pork shoulder cooked sous vide for 24 hours then smoked for 2, carrot apple slaw, roasted peppers and jalapeno cheddar cornbread.
2. CHICKEN & CHORIZO TACO. $15 DF
One of my favorite things to make! a mix of seasoned chicken, green chillies and Mtn Fire chorizo stuffed in a flour tortilla with pickled red onion and fresh pico, a little rice and roasted zucchini on the side.
3. SLOW ROASTED BEEF. $15 GF DF
Alberta beef roasted low and slow and seasoned just right, roasted garlic mashed potato, green beans, roasted carrots and gravy. This is good for your soul.
4. ITALIAN TURKEY MEATBALL PASTA. $15
Organic ground turkey with herbs and parmesan tossed with fresh made marinara, roasted vegetables and egg noodles then topped with cheese. Super simple and tasty as heck.
5. SPICY BEAN TACOS. $15 DF V VG
Lots of onions, garlic and cilantro with a little kick, pickled red onion, fresh pico de gallo, a little rice and roasted zucchini
6. CHICKPEA QUINOA BALLS. $15 GF DF VG V
Roasted carrot, broccoli and red beets with brown rice and a citrus vinaigrette.
