Breaded and baked with a bit of a Jamaican kick, sweet potato mash, roasted pineapple, red peppers and zucchini.

Pork sirloin marinated in citrusy sumac, smoked salt, garlic and tons of herbs, lemon scented rice, charred broccoli and dill carrots

Roasted baby beets, spicy black beans, roasted dill carrots, turmeric rice, lemon tahini dressing.

6. GREEN CHILE FRITTATA.   $15   GF V
An Italian baked omelette with a Southwestern flare, organic eggs, Monterey Jack, green chillies and spicy arugula topped with salsa fresca and roasted sweet potato on the side.
