Spanish Chicken & Tomato.
1. CHICKEN SHAWARMA. $15 GF Chicken thighs marinated in the flavors of the Middle East then roasted fast and furious, tomato mint salad, roasted Kalamata olives, pickled red onion, steamed baby potato, yogurt tahini.
2. BEEF BARBACOA. $15 GF DF
Slow roasted Alberta beef shredded and served with fresh made pico de gallo, sweet potato plus a mix of zucchini and corn, finished with a roasted red pepper emulsion.
3. MTN FIRE MEAT LOAF. $15 GF
Classic feel good food right here! Fresh ground chuck with all the usual suspects, creamy mashed potatoes, charred broccoli then topped with a super savory mushroom sauce.
4. CRUSTED SALMON. $15
Topped with a fresh beet green pesto bread crumb then baked until golden brown, spicy roasted cauliflower and barley risotto.
5. CHILE RELLENO. $15 GF VG
Baked Poblano pepper stuffed with black turtle beans, corn and cherry tomatoes topped with Mtn Fire Ranchero sauce and Monterey Jack, Spanish quinoa pilaf on the side.
6.VEGETABLE STRUDEL. $15 VG
Roasted vegetables wrapped in puff pastry, caramelized onion jam, barley risotto.
