RUSTIC TURKEY VEGETABLE.
1. CARNITAS GREEN CHILE. $15 GF
Slow roasted and shredded pork shoulder topped with a smoky green chile sauce, pico de gallo and cotija. Brown rice and roasted sumac onions to finish.
2. COTTAGE PIE. $15 GF
All the usual suspects in this classic comfort option, creamy mashed potato, savory ground Alberta beef and sweet corn, green beans on the side then topped with beef gravy.
3. CAJUN CHICKEN RICE BOWL. $15 GF DF
Spicy Cajun chicken, roasted red peppers and onions, brown rice with wilted spinach and mango dressing.
4. SUMMERY BEEF RAGU & COUSCOUS
Beef braised with Stout from Canmore’s own Sheepdog Brewery finished with crunchy sweet peppers, zucchini, spiced couscous then sprinkled with grated parmesan and sliced red onion.
5. CARAMELIZED ONION & BLUE CHEESE TART. $15 VG
Sweet caramelized onions with fresh thyme and blue cheese baked in puff pastry and served with a fresh green salad and fig dressing on the side.
6. ROASTED VEGETABLE STUFFED POROBELLO. $15 VG
Roasted veggies, garlic and melted cheesy goodness all around here!! turmeric rice and balsamic glaze to finish.
