Chunks of seasoned chicken in green chile sauce topped with cheese, roasted zucchini, refried beans and cilantro rice.
3. HONEY GARLIC PORK. $15 GF DF
Sous Vide pork tenderloin cooked to medium, seared then glazed with fresh honey garlic sauce, carrots, broccoli, peppers and onions tossed with Chinese steam noodles topped with roasted sesame seeds.
4. BBQ BEEF MEATBALLS. $15
Mtn Fire meatballs simmered in a sweet & smoky bbq sauce, charred broccoli, sweet red pepper and cheesy rice.
5. STUFFED ZUCCHINI. $15 GF VG
A spicy mix of chickpeas, fresh tomato, onions, garlic and cilantro topped with cheese then browned fast and furious under the broiler. Brown rice and pickled beet pesto. (ask for no cheese to make it vegan)

Butternut squash simmered in a spicy Thai coconut sauce with spinach, peanuts and cilantro with basmati on the side.
