Dry rubbed with our spicy Jerk spice then roasted fast and furious, mango fig salsa and roasted vegetable couscous.
2. BAJA SHRIMP. $15 GF DF
Marinated with lots of garlic, lime and hot sauce! served on cilantro rice with a torched corn & black bean salad, roasted red pepper emulsion.
3. BANGERS AND MASH. $15 GF
One of my all time favorites! English style beef sausage with creamy mashed potato caramelized onions, green peas and gravy to tie it all together.
4. KOREAN BEEF BULGOGI. $15 GF DF
Thinly sliced beef marinated for hours then cooked at a high temp to seal in the flavor, white rice, charred broccoli, scallions and sesame seeds.
5.BEET BUDDHA BOWL. $15 VG
Roasted beets, carrot, red pepper, turmeric chickpeas, couscous and a creamy mango dressing.
6. STUFFED SWEET POTATO. $15 GF DF VG V
Baked sweet potato stuffed with caramelized onion, roasted red pepper, zucchini and millet, sweet fig vinaigrette.
