1. SHREDDED CHICKEN TORTILLA. $15 DF
Tender chicken tossed in Mtn Fire’s smoky mango-que sauce wrapped with black beans and sweet red peppers in a flour tortilla, served with chile lime corn and garlic herb rice.
2. MEDITERRANEAN PORK RIBS. $15 GF DF
Marinated with EVOO, oregano and fresh lemon juice then baked low and slow. roasted lemon potato and a mix of zucchini, sweet peppers and red onion.
3. SPAGHETTI AND MEATBALLS. $15
Classic comfort food right here, pasta cooked Al dente then topped with my fresh tomato marinara, beef meatballs and parmesan cheese.
4. SPICY SHRIMP & PORK BELLY. $15 GF DF
Spicy shrimp & sweet pork belly headline this li’l number, tossed Napa cabbage, carrot, green onion and rice noodle. A little Asian influenced vinaigrette, fresh mint and cilantro to bring it all together.
5.COCONUT GINGER CHICKPEAS. $15 GF VG
Baby spinach and tomatoes join this light stew full of flavor, basmati, yogurt and fresh mint. (omit yogurt for DF & VE)
6. BAKED BROCCOLI & QUINOA FRITTERS. $15 GF DF VG
Garlic Dijon aioli, cucumber salad with tomato and arugula, raspberry vinaigrette.
