Menu for April 21st-25th

1. SPRING CHORIZO & MUSHROOM.   $15   
Thin sliced chorizo, seared mushrooms, roasted beets, lemon couscous, roasted garlic ranch.

2. BEEF LASAGNA.   $15
An all time favorite that was requested this week!! Lots of meat sauce, cheese and spinach with a side of roasted broccoli.

3. KOREAN BBQ CHICKEN.   $15   GF DF
Don’t let this one fool you, it’s sweet but packs a spicy punch thanks to a good wallop of Korean Gochujang! White rice, roasted peppers, carrots, scallions and sesame seeds.

4. DUSTED SALMON.   $15   GF DF
Sumac, cumin, cracked coriander seeds and smoked salt give this baked salmon a boost! Basmati, roasted zucchini and red onion plus orange chipotle salsa to tie it all together.

5. ROASTED BEETS AND EDAMAME.   $15   GF DF VG V
Red and golden beets with chile garlic edamame, cucumber, carrot, brown rice, smoky tomato emulsion.

6. MUSHROOM & SPINACH WELLINGTON.   $15   VG
Seared mushrooms, garlic and spinach baked in fluffy puff pastry with roasted carrots and a red pepper coulis on the side.
