Mexi- beef with a kick, seared red peppers and onions, salsa fresca, garlic herb rice, cheddar and chipotle crema.

POT ROAST.   $15
Slow roasted Alberta beef, garlic mash, roasted carrot and peas, mini Yorkies, gravy. A whole load of comfort right here. 

SEARED CHICKEN BREAST.   $15
Herbed chicken, fresh basil, roasted cherry tomatoes, garlic pasta and parmesan to round it all off, sounds like summer on a plate to me

OVEN BAKED HONEY GARLIC RIBS.   $15   GF DF
Marinated for 24 hours then baked, these dry ribs are the bomb, steam noodles and Asian slaw

CAPRESE STUFFED PORTOBELLO.   $15   GF VG
Baked Portobello mushroom jammed with cherry tomatoes, fresh basil and cheese, topped with balsamic reduction. Rice pilaf and charred broccoli to finish it off.

VEGETARIAN SHEPHERDS PIE.   $15   GF VG
A hearty mix of mushrooms, quinoa, green peas and red peppers topped with mashed potato and buttered cabbage to keep it company.
