HORSERADISH CRUSTED ROAST BEEF.   $15   DF
Thinly sliced AAA Alberta beef, carrots, green peas, steamed baby potatoes, Yorkshire pudding, gravy.

SPICED TURKEY SKEWERS.   $15   
Flavored with turmeric, sumac and fresh mint for a Middle Eastern feel. Cucumber & red onion relish, Israeli couscous with wilted spinach and seared mushrooms, cumin lime yogurt sauce.

CAJUN SALMON.   $15 GF DF
Dusted with my secret spice mix then baked in a super hot oven. Charred zucchini, roasted potato and corn, bacon & jalapeno salsa.

GRINGO BURRITO.   $15
Seasoned ground beef, diced tomato, cilantro, shredded cheddar, Mexi rice, chili lime corn and chipotle crema.

FARFALLE PRIMAVERA.   $15   VG
Tossed in a light marinara with fresh basil, strips of carrot & zucchini, charred broccoli & red onion then finished with grated parmesan.

VEGETARIAN ENCHILADA.   $15   VG
Roasted vegetables and pinto beans stuffed in a flour tortilla topped with enchilada sauce and cheddar then baked. Served with Mexi rice, chile lime corn and chipotle crema.
