Marinated with EVOO, lemon juice, fig puree and sumac for an extra kick of citrus. Charred harissa cauliflower, pomegranate and herb couscous, tahini sauce on the side.

CHILI LIME SHRIMP.  $15   GF DF
Tons of roasted garlic, fresh lime juice and chilies give these shrimp some serious pep! Tomato, corn and beet salad,  sweet potato frites with citrus aioli.

ASIAN LETTUCE WRAPS.   $15   GF DF
Ground organic turkey, carrot, scallions and water chestnuts wrapped in butter lettuce, steam noodles and seared garlic broccoli.

SALSA VERDE CHICKEN.   $15   GF 
Seasoned chicken breast baked in one of my absolute favorites!! “Salsa Verde” finished with some melted cheesy goodness, basmati and roasted zucchini.

SMOKY CHICKPEA AND SPINACH STUFFED SWEET POTATO.

Organic chickpeas marinated in smoked paprika, chipotle dust, garlic and smoked sea salt. Stuffed inside a baked sweet potato with spinach then topped with a tahini maple drizzle and pomegranate herb couscous to tie it all off.
