Over three decades in hospitality, I've transformed from dishwasher to Executive Chef to now owning my own culinary enterprise. My journey started in the picturesque Bow Valley in the mid-'80s, and it's been marked by a steadfast commitment to creating exquisite dishes using the finest ingredients.
Beyond the kitchen, I'm a proud Indigenous individual with an amazing partner and three wonderful children. Whether embarking on family adventures or pushing physical boundaries at the gym, proper nutrition remains paramount in my life. For me, food isn't just sustenance; it's the fuel for life's passions and adventures.

Mountain Fire Foods is the Bow Valley’s premier gourmet food delivery service. From meal deliveries to event catering and private chef services, we aim to make mealtime easy, nutritious, and delightful for our clients.
We offer a unique dining experience tailored to your special event with our exceptional event catering services. From meetings and cocktail parties to intimate dinners, our services are designed to elevate any gathering. With our private chef services, Damian Liengme brings over 30 years of culinary experience to craft dishes that are not just delicious but also reflect his deep passion for fresh ingredients and culinary innovation.
Our weekly menu is posted every Wednesday. For meal delivery, you need to place your order by 9pm on Saturday. Deliveries in Canmore and Banff occur on Mondays between 12-6pm.
We deliver to Canmore, Banff, Deadman’s Flats, Exshaw, and Harvie Heights. There’s a minimum spend of $32 per order. For Banff, Deadman’s Flats, Exshaw, and Harvie Heights, there is a $3 delivery charge. Please ensure to leave a cooler or reusable bag by your door if you’re not home during the delivery time.
If you won’t be home during the delivery window, kindly leave a cooler or reusable bag by your door, and we’ll place your meals inside. It ensures your food remains fresh until you’re ready to enjoy it.
Yes! We provide a monthly meal subscription service. Depending on your preference—whether it’s 7, 10, or 14 meals per week—you can enjoy our gourmet dishes on a regular basis, ensuring a consistent and delicious dining experience every time. Contact us to get started!
