SUNDRIED TOMATO SHRIMP.   GF DF   $15
Marinated in EVOO, garlic, sundried tomatoes, fresh chilies and basil. Roasted red pepper and zucchini, brown rice.

PORK MEDALLIONS AND MUSHROOMS.   GF   $15
Fresh thyme, garlic, shallots and mushrooms together in a creamy gravy, sweet potato mash and charred broccoli.

SHREDDED BEEF.   GF DF   $15
Dry rubbed with smoked sea salt, cumin, fresh cracked black pepper and chipotle powder. Slow roasted for hours then shredded, roasted carrot and sweet corn, green chile rice.

BASIL CHICKEN.   GF   $15
Soaked in basil pesto then baked at high heat for maximum juiciness! Wilted arugula, roasted beets and onions, lemon quinoa to finish.
