Damian was delightful to have in the kitchen - was fully prepared for our house having no equipment and just make the evening fun and easy. We had several dietary restrictions and had two vegans who have not had dessert in years (given eating restrictions) who were singing his praise and care into the meal for them and they devoured a dessert they could eat! Thank you Damian for giving our family and amazing dinner and also packing a picnic for our lunch the next day!
