Find out how it works at Mountain Fire Foods! We take the work out of meal time because we create delicious weekly offerings for you. We do all of the shopping, all the chopping and all the cooking. You enjoy tasty, wholesome meals at home without the hassle or the mess. You get more time to do the things you want to, whether it’s playing outside or relaxing with your family… we’ve got your back!

Wondering how it works? We post our weekly menu every Wednesday, all you have to do is get your order in by 9pm on Saturday and your meals are delivered to your door. Canmore delivery is Monday between 2-6pm and delivery in Banff is Tuesday between 3-5 pm. Please leave a cooler or reusable bag by your door for your meals if you are not going to be home during delivery time.

Can I adjust the meals above for dietary restrictions and preferences?

Absolutely! Extra protein? Food allergies or intolerances? Just let me know your dietary needs and we will make adjustments to suit you! Please note, depending on the customization there may be a surcharge added to the cost per meal.

How long does the food last in my fridge after you’ve delivered it?

All food is made fresh on Sunday and then delivered that same day or the following day, on Monday, depending on your location. All the meals will last in your fridge for 4 – 5 days, on the 5th day pop them in the freezer to keep them fresh. 

How do you package the food?

All meals are packaged in RECYCLABLE AND REUSEABLE plastic containers which are dishwasher and microwave safe to keep the food sealed and fresh. We are currently looking to source more environmentally friendly packaging.
